30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
What We Accept
- Unopened Products: Full refund for any unopened items in original packaging
- Damaged or Defective Items: Full refund or replacement, even if opened
- Wrong Item Shipped: We'll send the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label
What We Don't Accept
- Opened products (unless damaged or defective)
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items without proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
- Email us at insainhotsauce@yahoo.com with your order number
- Include photos if the item is damaged or defective
- We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours
- Ship the item back using our prepaid label (for defective items) or your preferred carrier
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover all return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping
